Por favor, lee cuidadosamente la siguiente información, te será de utilidad para efectuar tu reserva y disfrutar de tu estadía en Jaguar Hostel + Living. Si tienes dudas, por favor mándanos un correo electrónico o háblanos al WhatsApp, estaremos encantados de poder ayudarte. 

Reservas:

  • Las reservas pueden ser realizadas a través de nuestro sitio www.hosteljaguar.org o vía WhatsApp al +56 9 76713658. También puedes escribirnos vía correo electrónico a residenciaeljaguar@gmail.com donde nos debes detallar tipo de habitación, fecha de ingreso y fecha de salida quieres de tu reserva o buscarnos en redes sociales  @hosteljaguar

  • Las reservas se garantizan con el pago adelantado del valor de la estadía. Jaguar hostel + living se reserva el derecho de cancelar una reserva en cualquier momento si es que este pago no ha sido realizado.

  • Una vez recibido el pago de la reserva, te enviaremos un email o mensaje de confirmación de reserva (dependiendo del medio por el que nos hayas contactado). La reserva no estará completa hasta que recibas esta ratificación.

  • Si el pasajero se retira antes de la fecha de salida estipulada no tendrá derecho a ser reembolsado por tales,  ítems, cualquiera sea la causa que origine tal circunstancia.

  • Recomendamos avisar con anticipación cualquier extensión de estadía.

  • También puedes reservar a través de  HostelWorld, buscándonos como Jaguar hostel + living  en la V Región.

  • El valor de la estadía varía según la fecha, canal de reserva, tipo de cambio y promociones disponibles.

  • Nos reservamos el derecho de admisión

  • El servicio de hospedaje es solo para mayores de edad (+18 )

  • El hostel esta ambientado para turistas, publico jovial, viajeros, mochileros, por lo cual no somos un hotel, las áreas comunes están disponibles hasta horario de madrugada por lo cual son prestaciones distintas a un hotel

  • Al momento de reservar con nosotros acepta todos nuestros términos de reserva.

  • La convivencia es primordial, en el caso de que esta no sea asi (discusiones, insultos, respeto, hostigamiento ya sea a otros huespedes o al personal de recepción) podemos cancelar la reserva del huésped inmediatamente sin reembolso alguno

 

Pre-checkin online:

  • Antes del checkin te pediremos los siguientes datos y documentos (aplica para el titular de la reserva y acompañantes mayores de edad): Fotografía frontal del carnet de identidad o pasaporte, Email y Teléfono.

Check-in/check-out

  • El Check-in debe realizarse entre las 14:00 y las 23:00 hrs.

  • El Check-out debe realizarse a las 11 :00 am  hrs.

  • Al check out , tenemos una bodega disponible para guardar los bolsos/ equipaje gratis por 3 hrs , después de eso tiene un valor de $5.000 CLP hasta las 10 pm no mas

Política de Cancelación

  • Se reembolsará el 100% del depósito o abono para cancelaciones realizadas hasta 48 horas antes del check-in. 

  • Se cobrará el total de la estadía para cancelaciones o modificaciones realizadas dentro de las 48 horas previas al check-in

  • Se cobrará el total de la estadía en caso de que el huésped no se presente en nuestro hostal el día y dentro de los horarios del check-in (no show).

Tarifas y Pago de Impuestos

  • Los turistas extranjeros no cancelan IVA sólo cuando pagan en efectivo  dólares americanos y presentando su pasaporte. Turistas nacionales pagan 19% de IVA. Todo pago en dinero chileno está sujeto a recargo por impuesto.

  • Las tarifas publicadas incluyen IVA para turistas chilenos o residentes.

  • Aceptamos pagos con tarjeta de crédito o débito, depósitos, transferencias electrónicas y pagos en efectivo (pesos chilenos y dólares americanos). Los dólares son aceptados calculando el precio del día y en excelente estado.

  • No aceptamos pagos con tarjeta de crédito en cuotas.

  • Las tarifas de nuestra página web y las que entregamos a través de WhatsApp y RRSS son exclusivas para reservas por ese medio, se presentan en pesos chilenos (CLP) e incluyen IVA para huéspedes chilenos o pagos en moneda nacional.

  • Todas nuestras habitaciones tienen cama matrimonial, y no contamos con la posibilidad de agregar camas adicionales.

  • Jaguar hostel + living  no cambia divisas.

  • Al momento del check-out, cualquier saldo pendiente en la cuenta del huésped debe haberse pagado en su totalidad. En caso de que el huésped no pague en el momento de la salida, o si hay daños a la propiedad del hostel , o si falta propiedad del hostel, realizaremos el cargo a la tarjeta de crédito que se mantiene en el registro y si es necesario, realizaremos otros esfuerzos de cobro.

Seguridad

  • Jaguar Hostel + Living  se reserva el derecho de solicitar las habitaciones sin derecho a reembolso en presencia de conductas que atenten contra la seguridad, tranquilidad e higiene del lugar.

  • Jaguar Hostel + living  no se hace responsable por daño, pérdida o robo de artículos bajo ninguna condición o circunstancia. Por favor, cuida tus pertenencias.

  • En jaguar Hostel + Living nos reservamos el derecho de admision 

  • Todas las visitas a las habitaciones ocupadas por huéspedes quedan prohibidas, salvo las que se efectúen con la autorización de los Dueños .  Jaguar Hostel + Living se reserva el derecho de pedir la evacuación de cualquier persona ajena que estuviese en las instalaciones sin autorización.

  • Te haremos entrega de las llaves de tu habitación  , el acceso  al hostel es mediante el tiempre exterior o via wsp ,  Cuida tus llaves, esto nos ayudará a mantener la seguridad dentro de Jaguar Hostel + Living . Si se llegara a perder, tendrá un costo de $15.000 que nos permitirá reponerla para los próximos huéspedes.

  • No está permitido ingresar a Jaguar Hostel + Living  con armas de fuego, sustancias inflamables y explosivas, estupefacientes o sustancias similares.

Política Ley del Tabaco (Ley N° 20.660)

  • Jaguar HosteL +living  es esencialmente, un establecimiento para No Fumadores. Se disponen de áreas exteriores donde fumar. Está prohibido fumar dentro de las habitaciones.

Estacionamiento

  • Jaguar Hostel + living   NO cuenta con estacionamiento de vehículos para huéspedes

  • Tenemos estacionamiento para motocicletas y bicicletas

  • Estacionamientos de pago en la calle desde las 9 am hasta las 19:00 pm 

  • Jaguar Hostel + Living  no se hace responsable por daños o robos a tu vehículo. 

Mascotas

  • Jaguar Hostel  no permite el acceso a mascotas.

Aseo

  • Para estadías cortas (de 1 a 2 noches), las habitaciones serán aseadas una vez que realices el check-out.

  • Para estadías más largas, podrás solicitar servicio de aseo adicional gratuito , Coordina con nosotros si que realicemos aseo a tu habitación (servicio disponible de lunes a domingo ).

  • Todas las habitaciones en el hostel  son limpiadas des de las  Las 11 am hasta las 2 pm

  • Alentamos a nuestros huéspedes a utilizar los espacios comunes (terrazas y quincho) siempre considerando el respeto a los demás huéspedes, el orden y la limpieza. Deja cada espacio limpio y en las mismas condiciones en que se te entregó.

  • No dudes en contactarnos si necesitas reposición de papel higiénico, bolsa de basura o jabón. También tenemos secadores de pelo disponibles en caso de que lo necesites.

Servicio Internet inalámbrico (WIFI)

  • Jaguar Hostel + living   cuenta con servicio de WIFI gratuito de alta velocidad para cada piso , para conectarte solo debes escanear los 3 codigos  QR que están en la recepción . De todas formas, Jaguar Hostel + Living recomienda desconectarse, disfrutar , el sonido de las olas, la brisa marina, u otras actividades que ofrece tanto nuestra Ciudad  como la V Región.

TV-free

  • En el hostel contamos con una TV / PS4 de libre uso común para todos nuestros huespedes , muchos juegos y todas las plataformas para ver tu película o serie favorita

Habitaciones

  • Nosotros no asignamos habitaciones, el huésped es quien elige la habitación directamente, en cualquiera de las plataformas de reserva. Nuestras habitaciones son matrimoniales con baño privado , baño compartido y habitaciones compartidas con mas gente . Fíjate bien en las fotos y descripción de la habitación que reservaste, y si no te acomoda, quizá estés a tiempo de solicitar un cambio o cancelación.

Otros servicios

  • Tenemos convenios con restaurantes  y la lista es amplia ( tenemos desde un  10% descuento hasta 20% en 8 locales en viña del mar ) .

  • Tenemos entrada liberada para los mejores clubes en la vta región  ( pulsera jaguar hostel )

  • La puslera de jaguar hostel + living ah sido entregada en cada lugar con quienes contamos con los convenios asi que no la olvides , nostros estaremos atentos también

Terms and conditions 
 

Please read the following information carefully, it will be useful to make your reservation and enjoy your stay at Jaguar Hostel + Living. If you have any doubts, please send us an email or talk to us on WhatsApp, we will be happy to help you. 

  • Reservations can be made through our website www.hosteljaguar.org or via WhatsApp at +56 9 76713658. You can also write us via email to residenciaeljaguar@gmail.com where you must detail the type of room, date of arrival and departure date you want your reservation or look for us on social networks @hosteljaguar.

  • Reservations are guaranteed with the prepayment of the value of the stay. Jaguar hostel + living reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time if this payment has not been made.

  • Once payment has been received, we will send you a booking confirmation email or message (depending on how you have contacted us). The reservation will not be complete until you receive this confirmation.

  • If the passenger withdraws before the stipulated departure date, he/she will not be entitled to be reimbursed for such items, whatever the cause for such circumstance.

  • We recommend giving advance notice of any extension of stay.

  • You can also book through HostelWorld, searching for us as Jaguar hostel + living in the V Region.

  • The value of the stay varies according to the date, booking channel, exchange rate and available promotions.

  • We reserve the right of admission

  • The lodging service is only for adults (+18).

  • The hostel is set for tourists, young public, travelers, backpackers, so we are not a hotel, the common areas are available until the early hours of the morning so they are different from a hotel.

  • When you book with us you accept all our booking terms.

  • Coexistence is paramount, in the event that this is not the case (arguments, insults, respect, harassment either to other guests or reception staff) we can cancel the guest's reservation immediately without refund.

 

Pre-checkin online:

  • Before check-in we will ask you for the following information and documents (applies to the reservation holder and accompanying adults): the ID card or passport, Email and Telephone.

Check-in/check-out

  • Check-in must be between 14:00 and 23:00 hrs.

  • Check-out must be done at 11:00 am hrs.

  • At check out, we have a storage room available to store bags / luggage for free for 3 hours, after that has a value of $ 5,000 CLP until 10 pm no more.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% of the deposit or credit will be refunded for cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to check-in. 

  • The total amount of the stay will be charged for cancellations or modifications made within 48 hours prior to check-in.

  • The total amount of the stay will be charged in case the guest does not show up at our hostel on the day and within the check-in hours (no show).

Fees and Tax Payment

  • Foreign tourists do not pay VAT only when they pay in cash in U.S. dollars and present their passport. Domestic tourists pay 19% VAT. All payments in Chilean money are subject to tax surcharge.

  • Published rates include VAT for Chilean tourists or residents.

  • We accept credit or debit card payments, deposits, wire transfers and cash payments (Chilean pesos and US dollars). Dollars are accepted calculating the price of the day and in excellent condition.

  • We do not accept credit card payments in installments.

  • The rates on our website and those we deliver through WhatsApp and RRSS are exclusive for reservations by that means, are presented in Chilean pesos (CLP) and include VAT for Chilean guests or payments in local currency.

  • All our rooms have a double bed, and we do not have the possibility of adding additional beds.

  • Jaguar hostel + living does not exchange currency.

  • At the time of check-out, any outstanding balance on the guest's account must be paid in full. In the event that the guest does not pay at check-out, or if there is damage to hostel property, or if hostel property is missing, we will charge the credit card held at check-out and if necessary, make further collection efforts.

Seguridad

  • Jaguar Hostel + Living reserves the right to request rooms without refund in the presence of conduct that violates the safety, tranquility and hygiene of the place.

  • Jaguar Hostel + living is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of items under any condition or circumstance. Please take care of your belongings.

  • All visits to guest-occupied rooms are prohibited, except with the authorization of the owners.  Jaguar Hostel + Living reserves the right to request the evacuation of any unauthorized person on the premises.

  • We will give you the keys to your room, the access to the hostel is through the outside time or via wsp , Take care of your keys, this will help us to maintain security inside Jaguar Hostel + Living . If it is lost, it will have a cost of $15.000 that will allow us to replace it for the next guests.

  • It is not allowed to enter Jaguar Hostel + Living with firearms, flammable and explosive substances, narcotics or similar substances.

Tobacco Policy Law (Law No. 20.660)

  • Jaguar HosteL +living is essentially a non-smoking establishment. Outdoor smoking areas are available. Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.

parking

  • Jaguar Hostel + living does NOT have parking for guests.

  • We have parking for motorcycles and bicycles

  • Paid parking on the street from 9 am to 10 am.

  • Jaguar Hostel + Living is not responsible for damage or theft to your vehicle. 

Pets 

  • Jaguar Hostel does not allow pets.

Full Cleaning 

  • For short stays (1 to 2 nights), rooms will be cleaned upon check-out.

  • For longer stays, you can request the room cleaning (including towel change). Coordinate with us if  you want us to clean your room (service available from Monday to Sunday).

  • All rooms in the hostel are cleaned from 11 am to 2 pm.

  • We encourage our guests to use the common areas (terraces and barbecue) always considering respect for other guests, order and cleanliness. Leave each space clean and in the same conditions in which it was given to you.

  • Do not hesitate to contact us if you need replacement of toilet paper, garbage bag or soap. We also have hair dryers available in case you need them.

Wireless Internet Service (WIFI)

  • Jaguar Hostel + living has free high speed WIFI service for each floor, to connect you only have to scan the 3 QR codes that are at the reception. Anyway, Jaguar Hostel + Living recommends to disconnect, enjoy, the sound of the waves, the sea breeze, or other activities that offers both our city and the V Region.

TV-free

  • In the hostel we have a TV / PS4 for free common use for all our guests, many games and all platforms to watch your favorite movie or series.

Rooms

  • We do not assign rooms, the guest is the one who chooses the room directly, in any of the booking platforms. Our rooms are double rooms with private bathroom, shared bathroom and rooms shared with other people. Look carefully at the photos and description of the room you booked, and if it does not suit you, you may be in time to request a change or cancellation.

Other services 

  • We have agreements with restaurants and the list is extensive (we have from 10% discount to 20% in 8 restaurants in Vina del Mar).

  • We have free entrance to the best clubs in the vta region (jaguar hostel bracelet).

  • The jaguar hostel + living bracelet has been delivered in each place with whom we have agreements so do not forget it, we will be attentive too.
